Look in to alternative venues that aren't necessarily for weddings. State parks, camp grounds, beaches, etc. Places that have bbq pits or something like that.

If you're specifically looking for something inside you might have some trouble, a lot of places won't let your BYO catering for liability issues.

Check Eventup.com. You can look at different venues based on location and it tells you if they allow outside catering. You'll have to search different towns because of the options you listed. I hope this helps.
