We’re having a difficult time finding an affordable venue that will allow outside catering. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the WeddingWire community!
It’s often quite difficult to find a venue which allows outside caterers due to liability concerns.
I would suggest you look into venues which don’t typically serve food such as community halls, an outdoor space where you could rent a tent, etc.
