Cake Cutting Knives??

So... are cake cutting knives really a thing? Doesn't a venue have knives to cut cakes? Someone please explain the reasoning behind it, unless its just a 'keep-sake'

My daughter got us a set off Etsy with our date and "best day ever" stamped on them. It's more a keepsake but I have used them since!

@Nenabear I have nothing to say about the knife, but those chocolate dipped strawberries around the base of your cake look delicious!

It's unnecessary. Our venue had a vey nice set. Perhaps we will get one for our anniversary since I do love the idea of them being a family heirloom.

I love love love baking (especially cakes) so I bought some, but we will use them again. And they were 14 dollars from anthro!
