Ours will look similar to this, with the cake in the middle and other desserts scattered around on different levels. The table will be covered in linens that compliment but don't match the guest tables.

We put the bouquets on the cake table before it was displayed and when it was displayed we surrounded the table with the bouquets. Simple but it worked.
