Cake toppers

I love that cake as is and like PP's believe a topper is unnecessary.

We aren't doing a traditional cake or a cake topper.

We didn't have a topper. I didn't want to spend more money on something that I would pack away after the wedding.

I may not do one since I have so much detail

You don't need one, but they're a cute way for you to show off your personalities. I'm obsessed with Moose, so our cake topper is two moose!

Definitely doesn't need one, I saw a pic once where they put the topper in front of the cake because similarly to yours, the detail was amazing, we're planning on doing this since our topper has a meaning to us and we want to use it

If you don't want one don't have one. That cake is absolutely gorgeous! I would hate to mess up the art work by putting something on top

We do not have one. There are a lot of flowers cascading the cake, already and we do not want to take away from that. I am not a huge fan of them for every cake.

I don't think it's necessary at all. My favorite cake toppers express some whimsy about the couple's personalities and hobbies, rather than just a bride and groom figurine.

I realize this makes me a total geek but our cake toppers are our Dungeons and Dragons character figurines.

To me, the way they placed the flowers on top seems to take the place of "traditional" toppers. I think it looks amazing as is, no need to add more to it.

It's not necessary. I think the flowers alone on top will do just fine. That's what we did . . .

I don't think it's necessary, it's beautiful. If you want something simple, you can do the initial of the last name you now share. My theme was two hearts intertwined, so we did that in silver on top.

We are ordering our cake topper. It's going to be a firefighter groom and bride dancing together.

I don't think it is a necessity, if we couldn't find one that we liked we would not have lost any sleep over it. We did end up ordering one through Etsy that is a bear family because my son always call us Mama Bear and Papa Bear and we're always a bear family. This was a way to include him in the wedding, and letting him know that this is about us becoming a family and not just his mom getting married.
