Calling all brides who wore satin wedding dresses!

Please post any wedding photos of you in your satin wedding dress. I am trying to get inspiration on how to style everything around my satin wedding dress and am not really having much luck on Pinterest seeing as how 90% of the wedding dresses in photos are lace now.

MAJOR EDIT: I just looked and my dress is actually taffeta, not satin... The lady in the bridal shop told me it was satin, but the designer has it listed as taffeta, so I shouldn't have too much to be worried about, they say taffeta is lighter and breathes more than satin, so I shouldnt have to worry about heat or creasing right?

    @mna thanks for commenting! I am still going to wear my dress since I fell in love with it for a reason, I am just trying to reassure myself now that itll work style wise for a summer wedding. I can deal with the heat & luckily I dont sweat much. Just trying to figure out how to style things with it for a summer wedding since things are supposed to be light & airy.

    I have a silk-satin dress. I'm trying to go for a classic 40's vibe. My BAM should be up in a few weeks so maybe that'll help provide some inspiration.

    Ahh! All of these are lovely! Mine is a giant satin beast! I'm doing a cathedral veil (I'm having it custom made) with lace on the edges. I'm really hoping it'll look ok, because there is NO lace on the dress! I think I something that makes the edges stand out, though.

    My BM dresses are also satin, but that was an accident. I actually went looking for a lace dress and ended up with my satin monster (that I'm completely in love with). I think I'll just do chandelier earrings and I'll attach a photo of my hair trial. I'm going for clean, elegant, classic.

    I added a lace topper over my satin gown. I didn't wear a veil because it didn't look good on me.

    @Connie- I am not going to post mine, in fear of my fiance seeing it before the big day. He is active in helping me with the planning and I am afraid he will stumble across this blog and see it. Smiley sad but thank you for all of your advice!
