Me personally I wanted robes for my girls! When online all the plaid flannel ones were just oversized button downs and I wanted robes. Being a rustic themed wedding this seemed like the best style of robes. So I set out to find the perfect fabric and make my own for my girls. I didnt take a picture of all 5 robes for the girls and mine isnt pictured either...BUT.... here it is ... my homemade getting ready plaid flannel robes!!! Bridesmaids and MOH are all in a navy blue plaid and mine will be gray!!! I'm so excited for professional pictures with these! Dont mind the fact I'm fully dressed while trying it on lol

I love your robes. Mine isn't rustic, but it is fall and I love a good flannel so I was thinking of doing getting ready flannels. You are pushing me to do it.

It's awesome but, for me, it's like your favorite store. You think about 1 thing and find 500 others you want! Lol. They had a clawfoot bathtub that I would have loved to have.

Well the robes are a navy blue which is one of my colors and mine is gray which is just an accent. I wanted something lighter for me. I just bought my fabric from joann.

Thank you... it took me a while to figure out what to put because everyone had a different religious orientation but I figured that wording was most appropriate for the situation.

I drew a basic pattern that required minimal cuts and sewing since I needed to make 6. I'm the tallest in my group so i used my height as the length factor and made it a little wider for everyone and made different size belts depending on peoples shirt sizes so they could tie it where needed. I bought my fabric from joann and just got to it lol. I should note I make custom clothing but it's still super easy anyone cam do it. More than happy to share my pattern.

Thank you! & I got the decals from Etsy. So much cheaper. The seller was Slaybels. I got the glasses from dollar tree. The decals come cut out & you stick them on the glass then you peel the clear piece off. It was super easy!

We haven't started most of the DIY stuff yet. So far it's the save the dates and the table numbers we are 3D printing.

I love the window! I was thinking about doing something similar on a mirror. How are you displaying the window? I thought about an easel, but a good sturdy easel is EXPENSIVE.

I love the frames for the pictures.

I have not decided how many people I want to recognize in mine yet. I am definitely saving a seat for my dad, a huge part of my life who just suddenly passed away this winter. What are some creative ways to do "save a seat" other than "if heaven werent so far away"
