Calling all September 2021 brides!

I’m getting married in April & my colors are red, charcoal and cream. Those aren’t typical spring colors but I don’t care! Lol!

I'm not a September bride but I am a fall bride and I'm doing burgundy with blush and mauve. I think any deep jewel tone would be great in September! What is your venue like? Maybe think about how different colors would work in it and it may help narrow your choices.

I would say mine are neutral so creams tans black and whites golds with hints of blush, rose pink etc to make it romantic.

Hey! Ours is September 16th and we’re doing burgundy, navy, and gold.

We’re October 2021 and not using fall colors. I feel like that’s too expected anyway, especially for Fall. So there’s not much “wow” in using orange, burgundy, brown, etc during the fall (just my opinion). Our venue is a bit unconventional and it has a fun 1920s/speakeasy style, design and decor. So we’re actually doing something rarely seen and having one color scheme for the ceremony and a second color scheme for the cocktail hour/reception (each playing off of the very evident colors in each of those rooms, so it works really well).


I say, go with colors you like or colors that tie in with the venue or theme (if you plan to have one). But don’t choose solely based on the season. Also it helps to know the look and feel you’re going for with your wedding (romantic, boho, trendy, traditional etc). We’re having a destination wedding in Vegas, so we wanted something fun, lively and less traditional.

We’re Sept. 2021 and are going for classic/elegant. Bridal party colors are light gray & navy; white floral w/ greenery; gold decor accents.
