Calling all who have used Sam's Club or Costco for flowers!

Good topic,

My wife has looked into doing the same to try to save some money and to start to get an idea of where to get the flowers for the event. Our vows renewal will take place in April 2020 and we starting to get ideas of where to get flowers. I am glad I found this topic here so I can know from other couples who are planning on doing the same.

I am super interested to see what brides have done with this budget friendly idea. I have looked at bulk flower prices at Costco and them seem much more reasonable then going with a florist for my center pieces, but I would LOVE to see brides who have made their own garland post pictures and what the cost was and what they used.

Hi Arraya!! Welcome to WeddingWire!! Sam's Club and Costco are quite popular alternatives to getting a florist. We plan on ordering bulk flowers from either Sams or Coscto. My sister ordered from Costco 2 years ago for her wedding and they were beautiful!

I am not, but doing something similar. I live close to downtown LA and will be buying bulk flowers from the flower district and having my Future MIL arrange them for me. It's cheaper and I get a good variety. I do hear Costco, Trader Joe's, and Sam's Club have amazing flowers though!

All my flowers and rose petals were from Sam's club! They were beautiful! Just be ready to spend a couple of hours prepping them. But it wasn't that hard! Saved so much money!

I haven’t but kind of interested now that you bring it up. I’ll be looking into it as well.

The prices are fantastic (I’m looking at about 1/2 the cost of going through a florist in my area), and the reviews are stellar! It looks very promising!

I ordered 100 stems of baby’s breath and 80 daisies from Costco for our wedding. We got married on a Saturday and I had the flowers delivered Thursday morning. I spent about an hour trimming the stems and getting them into buckets of water. I was VERY pleased with the experience and would highly recommend it! My aunt took some of the centerpieces home and 8 days later the flowers still looked wonderful!

Sam's is amazing! Super fresh and beautiful flowers! My bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, centerpieces, aisle flowers and rose petals, sweet heart table arrangements were all from Sam's! Go for it.

I personally have not used the flowers from them but I have heard good things. I went to a local farm where I could cut my own flowers. It was afforbale and fun!

Im going to use Sams Club for extra greenery and babies breath for around the venue. Ive also heard great things about their bulk orders as long as you are ordering things that are in season.
