I wanted to make this thread for the Plus Size bride that starts feeling hopeless when dress shopping. I am plus size and it was difficult to find a dress that fit, and even more a dress that I loved. I always saw the posts with pics of the dresses of future brides, and I always thought, "I will never look like that (a bride)". I want you to know you are beautiful! Embrace what you have. Be patient. Call around to find stores with curvalicuous sizes, and love yourself! You found your man, you will find your dress! Smiley smile I am a bride size 20-22.

    I didn't find one I loved on Saturday for my first time dress shopping but this one came close. This was a 14 but didn't zip. So I'm probably a 16/18.

    Heather G HEYYY DRESS TWIN!!! You look GORG!

    I'm a size 18. And it was the 3rd dress I tried on. I didn't even look at the dress that the consultant recommended for what I was looking for. And they put it over my head and I could tell it was THE ONE.

    My street size is a 14. I ordered a size 22 dress in UK sizing. It's a bit smaller than US sizing

    This is my dress. It's a 18W. It doesn't make me feel plus size. It's a hard battle but you will find a dress that is made for you.

    My dress is a bridal size 20. I tried on an 18 and the shop recommended I size up. I can't wait to see what it looks like after alterations!
