Omg same same here, we’re having the same issues. Virginia is a piece of work. So we’re going to do the same thing just going to the courthouse for legal issues.

My grandfather went to the courthouse and was able to get whatever necessary to marry us. They ask for a bond and you get it back when you turn in the marriage paperwork or whatever. Go to your local court house and ask around. They’ll be able to guide you in thr right direction. (This is in Virginia too)
