You would have to speak with a seamstress, but my gut instinct is no since there is no way out the structure in without seeing it in an illusion back.

Unfortunately not really, no. The fabric used in an illusion back is - by its nature - extremely thin to be barely visible. It doesn't have the structure or weight to hold the thickness of an edging with eyelets into which you'd feed your corset ribbons. Even if you could do it - as soon as you start pulling on the ribbons, you'd be likely to rip the delicate fabric of the back.

Probably not... but talk to a seamstress and maybe a lingerie store attendant about it. I have an illusion back but I don’t think it goes as low as yours. They’re going to pin down the top two clasps on my corset style bra so I can’t use them but I still have 5 clasps offering enough support.

Most likely no as the fabric of the illusion back is pretty thin. But this is a question for your seamstress during alterations.

Probably not. There would be nothing to attach the coreset to since the illusion back material is not strong enough to hold it.

I wish I knew. I would consult with a seamstress to see what the best option would be for alterations.

This. Illusion lace is way too delicate to withstand any sort of pulling or serious tension.

Unfortunately, I don’t think a corset back is going to be possible with this dress. The illusion back begins right at your waist line, which is where you would want the corset to be pulling you in. If you put a corset there, I don’t think you would get the emphasis of the ways that you were looking for. Tightening the corset would also likely caused rippling in the material of illusion back. And it would also likely cause “spillage” over the open back. (When you tighten a corset it squishes that skin upwards- which is why women end up with spillage in the armpits and what they refer to as “back fat” of “back cleavage”) The dress looks great the way it is! Save yourself a lot of time, money (and possibly ruining your dress!), and just rock it the way it is!
