Can anyone identify the his dress?

Ok so I have searched and searched, and come up empty handed. That woman, or someone very similar to her, is in a BUNCH of pictures of various dresses, with that background, and not a single one of them leads back to a reputable site that I can find. I think figuring out what boutique it's in will be the key - but I suspect this is a still from a tiktok or instagram video, rather than a photo, which is going to make things tricky.

I found one dress with that background is a Martina Liana dress, and another that is Essence of Australia designs, so I suspect this would be a good place to start your hunt.
