Can i elope

Me 🙋🏽‍♀️ FH a I decided a while back ago that we just needed us there and we are the ones that matter. Don't get me wrong I still want the dress and a nice ceremony, so we are doing more of a planned elopement. Our date is special to us so we can wait on the day to come. I'm still getting a dress and he will still be in a suit. We're now going to Vegas to a Chapel that is very nice. The package we got includes a car to transport us to the chapel and back to the hotel. We don't eat cake so we are going to have a small cheesecake instead. After a imitate dinner we're going bar hopping on Freemont Street and the Strip.

Yep! Traditional weddings and wedding planning wasn’t really my thing, and it seemed like it was going to be more stressful than it was worth. So we just took it off the table and decided to do a small elopement/destination wedding instead. ZERO REGRETS.

Yes hubby I was there last week. But now I’m back into excitement mode. I took a break from it all and it helped rejuvenate me. What’s the drama if I can ask? Can we help you sort through it?

I definitely understand being over the stress and drama! BUT you've only got 1.5 months to go, you've likely got deposits on almost everything, and you've already done all this work for the wedding of your dreams! I vote you keep pushing through to get to your special day, and just...start ignoring the people who are adding to the stress and drama.

Girl! Yes! I’m a little over a month and a half (April 28th). I’m just ready for it to be here, the planning has really taken it’s toll on me emotionally and mentally. I’ve wished we would’ve just eloped so many times, and I’m sure until the wedding day I’ll feel it again. But I know in the end we’ll have a beautiful day.
