Can i take my venue to court because of corona virus.

Our venue is refusing to accommodate in any way during the pandemic. My husband's work hours have been cut and I'm finishing my last semester in school. My venues solution to the corona virus epidemic is to allow rescheduling up until the end of March 2021 and require an additional 25% deposit even though we already have a deposit. They waived the $2,000 postponement fee but are asking for it by requesting a 25% deposit again

I have asked if they will reimburse us for off peak pricing or if we could reschedule for June of July 2021 because we paid for on peak. For both questions the representative said no. She said they will not refund the deposit at all. If we paid the rest of our cost and kept our original date for this year they will not refund us if COVID is still an issue.
Our contract is very short and only says all payments are none refundable. No mentions of act of God.
Any advice please?
