Can the David's Bridal Credit Card be used at Men's Warehouse?

Just wondering if any of you ladies know if the David's Bridal Credit Card can be used at Men's Warehouse? I know they are partnered up for weddings in some aspects, but I didn't know if this was an option or not.

They are both two totally different companies so it wouldn't make any sense if they did.
