Overstock and Costco both offer good options for spa-like gift baskets. (I had surgery last year and got LOTS of gift baskets.) Nutty Guys and igourmet are also good places if you wanted to stay food centered.

Edible arrangements are only good if they eat TONS of fruit or are hosting something; the fresh, cut fruit goes bad quickly.

Cookies by Design is one that I know of. They are quite popular in my circle of friends. Nearly every single one has ordered at least one of their cookie gift baskets.
