Canada???

Honeymoons are inherently romantic, assuming you enjoy your new spouse's company. Canada is a HUGE country, so I would narrow it down (based on where you live, your timeline, what activities you enjoy, budget) if you want suggestions about where to go/what to do.

Since you are in the eastern US, I would recommend staying in the eastern part of Canada. Less travel time/cheaper airfare. Quebec City is a truly beautiful place (very old-world European feel) with fantastic food and recreation opportunities.
