Canceled wedding but im planning a wedding with another man

Me and my fiance decided to cancel the wedding for a few reasons we have recently became a one way poly couple because our original relationship dynamic made it so this one would work perfectly so I am with him and my now boyfriend ever sense being with this my boyfriend it showed me me how poorly my fiance has been treating me my boyfriend treats me with so much love we never fight he never makes me feel bad when I get upset we've been dating 8 months now and we've never fight we always talk things out he is nothing but kind to me and helped me find myself more ive come to realize im gender fluid which they both are fine with but as I was saying my boyfriend helped me also realize my fiance is abusive my fiance twist my words makes me feel bad when I tell him he hurts my feelings gaslights me doesn't listen or flat out ignores me and doesn't listen to my boundaries he says he'll change but never does so I sat him down and said I dont wanna marry him until he changes and im getting close to leaving him me and my boyfriend on the other hand grow closer every day and topic of getting married keeps popping up at this point where I live you can only marry one person legally and I dont want that person to be my fiance i dont want to be trapped legally with him so iv decided after I date my boyfriend for a few years to marry him legally he treats my like a princess ever day he treats me with so much love and care and I feel a very deep connection with him so we've started talking about wedding plans future kids and so on so we've decided to start planning a wedding and growing closer and closer while doing so
