Canceling WW Account

Not sure how to fully cancel but in the mean time make your profile private and delete or password protect your webpages.

Searched and found this:

In order to expedite the request, please send your request from the email address on your WeddingWire account and include your wedding date as well"

I wondered the same thing too, PM'd Christina a while back but got no reply. So i just changed my setting of receiving email notifications. It will really suck if we cant't close our accounts tho.

Maybe title your discussion "Canceling WW Account: Attn WW Christina" to get her attention more

I'm not sure either but I'm sorry.

I know if you go to "manage my account" you can uncheck all the update emails. We never put a guestbook function on our wedding website, but I turned all the update emails off. I don't see that I have messages or replies to my posts unless I'm on WW.

I know there's a way to do it though. If you email WW Christina/WW Support they can help you.

Send WW Christina a PM and ask her =) She knows everything WW
