I got my candles from 100candles.com they were really fast at shipping. candles in bulk were really cheap.

i believe that they have the glass cylinders also. just make sure you buy everything at once so that you don't over pay in shipping.

    Seconding candles4less.com

Also, if you use code BA15, you get 15% off orders over $100. They have both white and ivory (which the picture looks to be)

I'm not sure about pillar candles, but for votives I bought 144 votives (candles and holders) on amazon through Richland/Eastland. It was about $70. I love candles so I think your idea is gorgeous! I'm actually DIY-ing mine into mercury glass candles for some extra oomph.

I see someone left the same comment I was going to lol. Dollar Tree! They have all the candle holders you need, tall, short, anything. And for only a buck! That is what I'm doing. They also have candles there as well. Why spend so much anywhere else where you can go splurge at the dollar store Smiley smile

We are having a bbq reception so I will be doing something along these lines instead but our "flowers" will be pinwheels that I am making.

Amazon and oriental trading company both have a lot of really great deals on wedding supplies, including candles!

@Lauren-- We are doing flowers on the other half of the tables! But we couldn't justify the cost of flowers on every table... so it was a way for us to cut costs... Flowers in my area are crazy expensive... So I'm DIYing half of the tables with candles similar to what you posted and my florist will be doing centerpieces for the others.

Michael's craft store has them! I had to buy them for my candelabras because my venue didn't allow open flame candles. Michael's always has coupons so they were cheap!

Walmart has the glass for less than a dollar each and I've even seen them at the dollar tree as well.
