Can't log into the app

I just signed up for the wire on my computer. I then downloaded the app on my iphone. However when I tried logging in using the info I signed up on the computer it did not work.


Has anyone else had this issue? Any way to fix it?

    Hi Nina! Try changing your account password from your computer!

    - Log-in to your WeddingWire account on your computer

    - Hover over your name at the top right corner of the page

    • - Click 'Settings'
    • - Enter your current and updated password under the 'Your Password' section
    • - Click the blue 'Change password' button to save

    Make sure to also check which email address is associated with your account in your Settings. Then log-in on the app with your confirmed email and updated password! If you're still having trouble after trying those steps, then please email help@weddingwire.com.
