Can't sit in my dress only 5 days till the wedding

I guess you could try those wrap things and see if they can push some of the water weight out??

Take it to a seamstress. I bet they can let it out in five days. Let them know the story.

Id try and get it altered. Any last minute weight loss strategies would stress you out and potentially make you feel sick & weak on your wedding day.

Oh no! That is super stressful! You could get another dress to change into after the first dance. People would be so impressed that you have two dresses! You could get something cute and short, like a fun little white party dress for dancing the night away!

Alos try putting the dress on daily to stretch it out.

Some ideas if you go the second dress option I personally think this is the least stressful option and you will be comfortable for the rest of the reception after the first dance

Oh no, I'm so sorry, take it to an emergency seamstress, it might be more but I had a friend that got hers in one week. Other then that water pills and sauna and spanx

CUT ALL CARBS, you will lose a lot of water weight and sometimes that can be near 10lbs alone.

I second finding a seamstress asap. They may be able to help. Also like a pp said get a reception dress. Stressing about trying to lose the inches in 5 days is going to make it worse which will hinder your results.
