Hey there Kay!! I didn't find any Caribbean-specializing DJs in the DMV area in the WeddingWire vendor directory, but that doesn't mean that they don't exist! I would look at sites like Yelp to get a better idea. Have you been to an event that's had a DJ like this? Could you ask the organizers if they could get you in touch with someone?
