I'm on the hunt for lots...and I mean LOTS of mason jars. A coworker of mine is looking for upwards of 100 maybe even 200 mason jars...in all sizes.

I know she wants some of the mason jars to be used as glasses and the rest I think to hold candles (hence the various sizes).

I've found a couple different places for Mason Jars by the case...but thought I could ask you ladies to see if you could find a better deal.

I found one case of 12 1/2 pint mason jars for $7 ...

Can you help me find a better deal for purchasing LOTS of mason jars?

I originally thought I wanted mason jars, but then decided that I didn't want to pay that much for something I'd use once.. I also needed a lot of them. Instead, we have collected a TON of various, assorted jars. Some are mason, some are not... We have been recycling pasta sauce jars, jam jars, etc. Pretty much anything that came in a glass jar we saved the jar for. We removed all the labels and decorated some jars, and others we left plain. I'm SO happy with how the look is turning out and am thrilled to have not spent a penny on this project.

I have seen them at Walmart and Michaels. I didnt look at the prices but they both had a good selection.
