Cash Registry/donating to a shelter

Let me preface this by saying my fiancé and I have lived in a house we purchased together for three years now, we have everything we need. Our registry consists of maybe a few board games and dog toys (our guests, both family and friends know how much our dogs mean to us).


With this being said, my fiancé and I discussed how we’d rather set up a fund and all the proceeds will go to the shelter our dogs were adopted from. Is there a way to do this or add to my registry?
