FH doesn't want to ask his groomsmen to get suits because most of them are spending a lot of money to come to the wedding. I'm fine with that because we are also having an outdoor ceremony in July. It will be warm, but the ceremony will be short and is in the shade. The rest of the wedding is indoors.
I'm torn between letting them wear short-sleeve button ups or something a little more formal. I like the look in the attached photo, but am not sure if suspenders are lame?
