I got married in Greece we had a sit down dinner 3 course a salad, seafood pasta and filet mignon which the Cook recommend to us to do. The filet mignon ended up spoiled and people were sending it back. No one ate the meat everyone was complaining. A few people even went into the Kitchens to complain and they didnt know what to say. The Cook i had booked was not at the Wedding he sent two other cooks to work the Wedding. The Day after the Wedding I went with my mother to Pay and told him what had happened and his remark was i might of heard something. I feel like he should of been there since i hired him. We didnt end up paying that Day cause he said to come back ( cause he knows he screwed up Big time) My husband called him the other Day and asked him if he added up the total and he said that he tried to Cook and it didnt work and to give whatever we want. The original Price was 50 euro a person with out the Hall. drinks, waiters, linens, glasses, plates forks ect just the food everything else was extra. would you Pay the 50 euro Per person full or Cut him something? we didnt even have cocktail hour cause the Cook was saying the people wont eat the steak in the end ... so everyone left the Wedding hungry it was embarrassing. what would you Pay him?
