We're using Sierra Madre catering for our wedding in April at Magnolia Bells. Alex is very nice and offered at tasting right away. Food was delicious! And he had about 7 different plates for us to try within our food budget. We told him that we didn't want to spend more than $22/person and that I wanted china plates.
