So I have my caterer picked out. They are saying I have to have 6 servers for 60 bucks a piece. Would I still tip the servers on top of that or is that their tip? I know I have to tip the caterer herself 15-20%

I would assume that's their hourly wage, not a tip. If you're required to pay a gratuity, it should be split among the servers.

You normally tip the servers individually, in addition to their pay.

My venue includes the gratuity already at 15%. But told us we can give more if we chose to.
