Also not sure if you just want someone to provide food or food and service but the place I got my wedding cake does platters for serving, Check out Alessi Bakery and they are on Cypress.

I'd look for local BBQ companies who could do an affordable buffet set-up or local Italian catering! The average cost of wedding catering in the US is $40 per person, but can get down to $27 per person with a buffet:

Hi Reem. We are going buffet style and using Craft Street Kitchen in Oldsmar, just for dinner. Great food and reasonably priced. I believe I am sitting around $15-$17 a person- 5 entree options, 5 side options. Does not include drinks as my venue is providing water, tea and coffee and I hired bartending services. As for dessert we are making our own wedding cake (other bride is a pastry chef) so that def helped with food budget. Good luck in your search.
