This was a long time ago, but it was a full hour mass.

It kind of depends on how large your guest list is, and how many people take communion. Most I've been to last between 60-90 minutes.

The Catholic weddings I have attended are usually around an hour or hour and a half.

We are getting married in a Catholic Church, but will not have the full on mass, so we were told the ceremony should only take about 30 minutes.

I've been to a few with a full mass, but timing depends on the readings that were chosen and how many guests as well. The shortest was 45 minutes, the longest was 2 hours.

We did not have a mass, just the marriage ceremony and it was 25 minutes.

I've been to several full mass weddings and all are just about 1 hour. Never been to one that takes longer. The only reason I think it might take longer are if you choose the longest readings and have very slow readers or if the priest gives a very long homily. And we recently attended a Catholic marriage without the full mass and it was just about 30 minutes - I loved it!

We had a full mass and it was just over an hour. I've been to several that just do the marriage ceremony and they are ~30 minutes, and also a couple that were ~90+ minutes (waaaaaay too long IMO, everyone was frustrated and bored.....and I say this as a practicing Catholic)

I'm not Catholic and won't be having a Catholic wedding, but I've been to a ton of Catholic weddings. They've typically run about an hour or a little more. The longest was 3 hours and yes, it was torture. The bride and groom wanted their nieces and nephews to do the readings. They were about 6-9 years old, so they were sounding out a lot of things and had someone there to help them read. There was one reading that would typically only take about 3 minutes (if you're reading REALLY slowly) that took a full 20 because of this.... I was really glad I brought my flask to that wedding!
