Celebration times

Okay! So my fiancé and I are eloping on a Thursday and having a very small gathering on that following Saturday. We plan on having family there, a few friends, doing a meal and a bonfire. We are getting married is July so I originally wanted to do a lunch but I don’t want everyone sweating horribly(it’s outside under a pavilion) so I decided to do a dinner instead. But I’m unsure what times to tell everyone to show up.

I feel like 6pm would be a good start time! That or 5pm!

5-6pm is a good starting time. When do you have leave the venue?

If the space is shady with trees you could go earlier.

It’s under a pavilion next to a pond. And they said if the weather doesn’t hold up we can also go to their Inn. But I like the pavilion look

I feel like 4:30/5 should give people enough time to show up before dinner!
