Center pieces

Jennifer, on March 17, 2021 at 1:01 PM Posted in Style and Décor 2 31
My theme is spring romance. I'm having a difficult time with centerpiece decisions. How are you guys all doing?

I love geometric centerpieces but don't want guest to feel like I'm blocking them from one another. 😔
How are you choosing?

We're just having simple candlesticks in gold/brass candlestick holders provided by our venue! That with the table #s and scattered greenery! Nice and simple!

If you like geometric centerpieces, you could always do glass and gold terrariums with a small tea light inside! Those are really pretty, but also don't block your guests from seeing one another!

You're welcome! I know TJMaxx gets a lot of these and they're reasonably priced. Hobby Lobby might have them as well as other craft stores or stores like Ross and Marshalls!

like glass and metal terrarium s, flat bottom glass balls come in assorted sizes and are good for candles.

I love it when people are conscious of those wanting to talk across the table!

I love geometric centerpieces, too. But wouldn't necessarily think of them for a spring romance theme.

My theme is sort of elegant garden party and we will have bud vases with lots of greenery and a few colors in shades of white/ivory/blush. I love the look and it is within our small budget. With the right colors I think this could totally work with spring romance. Or more flowers if your budget allows.

I got 3 bud vases per table and I got them from Michaels and Dollar Store.

Keep the centerpieces 8" tall or shorter to prevent being obstructed.

Shaped glass is a wonderful starter, terrariums, balls ,glass can hold a lot, or a little. With a piece od cheap costume grade satin or velvet scrunched in the bottom, single romantic items can be showcased as well as flowers, fake hummingbirds on a stem of flowers, anything. I like the look of either curved or faceted glass on a tabletop for the light it reflects around the room.

I think you can definitely find some very beautiful geometric shaped items to use for your centerpieces that won't be too tall therefore making people feel blocked off.

Check out tableclothsfactory.com for some cool geometric centerpieces. I was going to go that route but i realized it would make my reception too modern and I am going for a more romantic/elegant.
