My theme is spring romance. I'm having a difficult time with centerpiece decisions. How are you guys all doing? I love geometric centerpieces but don't want guest to feel like I'm blocking them from one another. 😔 How are you choosing?

I’m doing little lanterns with flowers around them. If it’s in summer time maybe some nice floating candles or something that’s a little whimsical and light. Maybe some cool Art Deco style holders with succulents?

We've DIY'ed our centerpieces to make it relatively cheap. The venue provided candles at the table, so all we need are Mason jars (super inexpensive), some burlap and the flowers. I've priced out our entire floral needs at $350. We've bought bulk and made our own centerpiece arrangments (15-20 tables) and bouquets (6), with some flowers leftover for the cake table, etc. Smiley smile

Hi Jennifer! The wedding centerpiece height "rule of thumb" is that your arrangements / décor should be either under 14 inches or over 20 inches high! That way your guests can still see and talk to each other across the table.

I love those geometric terrariums, and think low centerpieces would be perfect! Just keep it under 14 inches tall. 😉

As a med short person, most of the tabletop needs to be under 8 inches or I am always conscious of looking around them.

This will probably be me as well. I hate to splurge or flower and they die after a while. Makes me think I just threw my $$ away. Although they are beautiful.

These are my centerpieces they are just to give some type of inspo with the geometric shape they are also a really nice height when sitting down you can still talk and see everything. (my wedding is rustic but just an idea lol) Good luck!

Exactly. Still, the most important thing is to follow your own instinct and preference. Good luck!
