Centerpieces vs table size

stephybear84, on January 10, 2015 at 10:14 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 6

my tables are 60inch round and will have 8 people at them. The base of my center piece is 13inch, is that to big? My mom is concerns that it may take up too much room but it leaves just under 2feet between where the person is sitting and the edge of the base of the center piece..

Imagining it in my head, I have to agree with your mother. It sounds like it takes up to much space.

So you don't think 22inch is enough room for a place setting? As only 6.5 inch will be taken up from the base of my centerpieces as it splits down the middle of the table.

I think it's fine. I have seen much larger centerpieces comprised of multiple vases, etc.

If you don't have a table that size to measure on get some cardboard or a cheap round tablecloth and do a mock-up on the floor.

You are very welcome Stephanie...those were passed on to ma a while back by another WW user when I was having the same sort of issues with my mock-up. Smiley smile
