IMO these have a rustic charm rather than semi-formal vibe if that's what you are going for.

These are basically the ideas I had for my wedding and my theme is rustic elegance! You should go on Pinterest and search semi-formal wedding table decor ideas and see what pops up! But if you really love that rustic vibe, you could change the theme!
