For those of you planning to have the ceremony and reception in the same room how are you going to do a seating chart for the reception? Will you have it out to see when people arrive for the ceremony?

I am having our tables in our ceremony too and now that i've read this post i think we'll have the seating chart posted in an area next to the entrance to make it known as soon as they arrive. i like that this eliminates the confusion during cocktail area and that people know where their seat is for the duration of the night. then after cocktail hour the candles will be lit and then we'll have dinner served in that room and the rest of the events of the night in the other room afterwards.
