Ceremony: Indoors or Outdoors?

We are hoping for an indoor ceremony and an outdoor reception. Unfortunately, we didn't get the ideal date, so it would need to be an extremely mild August evening for an outside ceremony.

I dont wanna deal with heat, bugs, rain, bugs, wind, bugs, the sun, and obviously, the bugs. So indoors it is!

Indoor, church ceremony. Even if we weren't getting married in March I would still choose inside. I hate unpredictability.

Indoors. Its upstairs of an old mining town saloon built in 1875. Both our ceremony and reception will be in the same building different rooms

Outdoor ceremony and indoor reception! Can move indoor if needed, but in SoCal so generally good weather! It's beautiful Spanish-style venue!

Indoors! The ceremony will be in the section with the mirrors, separated off from the rest of the ballroom with the yellow curtains there. There is a nice courtyard so we have the option to have the ceremony outside if it's perfect weather, but right now the forecast is calling for a high of 94, so it looks like we'll be inside!

Venue

Ugh, if the heavens align and I can get my dream, it'll be outdoors, right under one of the big trees on the venue's lawn. But it'll be August, which means the chances of it being far too hot for that are high, so there's a fair chance it'll be indoors instead. Thankfully the indoor space is also lovely!

Inside. When you're having a fall wedding in Minnesota, it could be 90 degrees or snowing or anything in between! We'll be putting down a runner and petals, maybe some potted mums...other than that we'll let the windows overlooking the forest and lake do the talking.
