Ceremony Live stream / Filming

Kalie, on September 22, 2020 at 11:45 AM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 3

Hey everybody! I have my wedding on Saturday and im stuck on whether i should film it or do a live stream at all?

If i did either one im not sure who would do it and most of the people that would even watch it is all people that originally said no to coming to our wedding so a part of me doesn't really want to do that because most of those people didn't want to make the effort to attend anyways. BUT there are a couple people that really do want to see it but couldn't attend because of health reasons.

What did everyone do for their ceremony??

If you, your FH and/or your immediate family would like to rewatch the day, film it.

If you’d like to share the day with those who were not comfortable attending in person, do the live stream. If you’d like to increase the likelihood of people attending, though, you need to get the logistics out ASAP.
Don’t assume that every “no” rsvp means those guests don’t care about you and your wedding. We’re in the middle of a global pandemic, plenty of people are heartbroken as well to decline the invitation to one of the most special days of their nearest and dearest friends and family.

We are doing a live stream that will also record so it can be viewed at a later date and time.

We have been torn on what to do about who views it and I think what we will do, just need to finalize the details, is we are going to send our original guests who were going to be invited before we minimized down a link to view the live stream. After our wedding day we will post our recorded link for anyone else who wasn’t invited to be able to see it.
This allows a lot of distant and out of state relatives and friends to be able to still watch the ceremony if they would like.

Hi Kalie! I definitely think you should film it or livestream it! No matter what, it will be nice for you to have the ceremony recorded so you can watch it again in the future! ❤️

Do you have a laptop camera you can use, a tripod for your phone, or someone attending who can film it for you?
