Ceremony logistics

Ali, on April 4, 2020 at 12:39 AM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 5
Hi brides!

I’m looking for some input on how to arrange the seating in our ceremony venue. Currently, the coordinator thinks that we should put the arch at the front door and have the guests face it while the party enters in from behind. I’m not the most keen on the idea because, while that set up creates a beautiful backdrop with a wall of windows, it feels a little awkward having our guests enter the ceremony at the front of the stage (so to speak).
Thoughts?

Having guests walk directly under this beautiful arch as they enter your event sounds nice. I suppose the arch would double as an entrance gate? I think that sounds really pretty. You won't be there just yet as everyone is settling in, and people will get to experience the romance of the decor, and really feel a part of it...even if just for a moment before they take their seats. Assuming I'm understanding this correctly.
