Ceremony Only Venues

I’m a Florida native, so it comes almost naturally to want to have a beach wedding. Literally surround by them. However it is soooo hard to find a good, clean, and semi secluded area of any beach in south Florida. There’s nothing but hotels lining A1A so I would love to get married in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. I’ve been doing a lot of research and making some calls but I can’t seen to get in touch w the right departments. My question is, do hotels offer CEREMONY ONLY venues or do you have to do both the ceremony & reception there?
