Ceremony program alternative

Hi Stephanie! A poster sounds like a neat idea; you would just have to ensure its visible enough for all guests to read. An alternative would be to upload it to a large projector.

What last minute things are left on your checklist in preparation for your wedding next month? Fill me in!

To be honest, I'd skip it altogether as people are unlikely to read it.

I purchased a template from Etsy and then printed it at Staples. My husband took care of it so I’m not sure how much it cost

I’m not having programs for the ceremony but there will be a weekend itinerary included in guests welcome bags so everyone knows where they have to be at what time

I’m just curious - what would the poster say?

The poster would say
welcome to our wedding with our names and date
the wedding parties
the timeline of the ceremony

I think our families want to know who’s who in the wedding parties, plus we are not having a religious ceremony so we are adding in traditions from each of our cultures.
