Are you having a DJ? If so, you can just direct them to play the song starting at whatever timestamp you want.

My DJ handled all of this. Who are you having in charge of the music since you aren't have a DJ/band coming until the evening? There has to be someone who is handling playing the music even if it's just a playlist.

It would make nervous to rely on someone that isn't either a hired musician or dj to handle this which is exactly why we paid the extra money for our dj to provide music at the ceremony, during cocktail hour and the reception.

If you're playing a digital file of the song, can you make an edited track of just the end part of the song? Then they can just play the edited track when you're ready to go down the aisle.
