I might also take some inspiration from the TV and movie weddings you've watched.

We eloped before our "wedding" and the officiant just changed some of the words to reflect that we were renewing our vows. We also did not exchange rings during the elopement as we wanted the wedding to be when we did it. Everything was very much just like a regular non religious ceremony.
