Chalkboards anyone?

I am also planning on making some chalkboards but I'm not sure exactly how many or what for!

I plan on using chalkboards too. But I haven't gotten there yet.

Ah yay I found chalkboard paint for 3$ at wally world same brand that they had at hobby lobby but reasonably priced

And thanks for the tip about the chalkboard marker I would have never thought of that, never heard of it before but it works great! This project is going to be so much easier than I first thought you guys are awesome! Thanks as always!!!

I'm thinking about this but debating how I'm going to do it.... I was thinking either overhead projector (my awesome big brother is a teacher) or tracing paper somehow... still mulling it over

and i'm thinking of using masonite board and painting it since I have it left over from college art classes

I love the chalkboard look! We are doing wine bottle centerpieces and one is the magnum size spray painted with chalkboard paint. That is our table number. Our seating chart is a large paint canvas once again done with the chalkboard spray paint. I love them. Plus I like doing it myself instead of buying something, o hope our guests appreciate the special touches. Best of luck!!!

Oooh my gosh! I love the idea of doing a chalkboard instead of paper programs! I think paper programs are so wasteful. People look at them for one minute, leave them on their seats, and they get thrown out. I'm sooooo using this idea!
