Looks like fun but I'm not sure what to recommend. Did you have a certain range of music styles? It might just be a love song. I'm stuck on "Can't take my eyes off of you" right now.

Thanks for sharing about the Champagne Tower. It is supposed to be more popular these days and obviously is a great way to start the toast. Once I heard the Andrea Bocelli, it seemed like there would be something from him that works. His singing oozes romantic.
Who manages the setup and pouring of this? A bartending team?
