Change of colors!

Aleann, on January 31, 2022 at 11:18 AM Posted in Planning 3 18
Hi everyone, and a big hello to all the 2022 brides! This is our year!! So my question is currently our color swatches are burgundy and navy blue as we’re having a fall wedding in October! I’m starting to wonder if there’s a prettier color to go with navy blue or if burgundy is perfect? Just a bride in panic mode as the day is creeping up on us all! Thank you in advance yall! ☁️💍

For Fall, I think burgundy would be perfect to match navy

No need to second guess, that combination is perfect. I know someone who used those exact colors for October:

There are plenty of colors that go with navy, especially for a fall wedding. Rust, sage, blush, mauve, steel blue. We did navy, burgundy, and mauve for our November wedding and loved the way it looked.

I'm biased because my wedding colors were navy and burgundy with gold accents. I don't think you can go wrong! Smiley smile

A burnt orange would go well with navy blue for a fall wedding!

We are having an early spring wedding & our colors are navy, burgundy, & dusty blue w/accents of blush, peach & cream to brighten it up. We went with burgundy to incorporate the red walls of our venue (below, left), but I’m happy with it.

Girl you can also do a terracotta with ivory and sage green. Those were my colors. My wedding is also right before fall!

I am loving sage green too lol! I have the chance to switch my colors because our vendor actually supplies all decorations so I just need to pick a color scheme 🤦🏻‍♀️

That’s awesome girl! You are super lucky! Mine only supplies the lighting and such with tables but I have to rent tablecloths and chairs. If I don’t hire a decorator $600-$800 then I’ll be doing it on my own. Beat of luck to you. I’ll drop a picture of the colors. Change of colors! 5
