Change of Plans

Hi!! We originally were planning an intimate wedding for about 35-40 guests in May of next year. For a variety of reasons, we have decided to move on from our original plans and elope with just the two of us. We've talked a lot about it and have decided we'd like to elope sooner rather than later (we've been together 9 years and don't want to wait any longer to make it official haha) I am from a very very cold state, Minnesota. Any suggestions for out of state elopement packages or locations in a non snowy and freezing state in December or January? We have a flexible budget for the two of us (willing to spend up to 10,000). It could be inside, outside, whatever! I am into historic areas or beautiful b&bs, anything really! Do any beautiful locations come to mind?
