Change of venue announcement help!

Rebecca, on July 24, 2020 at 11:57 PM Posted in Planning 0 11
I cannot find “Change of Venue” announcement cards anywhere. Everything is “Change the Date” or specifically worded for postponement/cancellation. Our original May 16th date (invites had been mailed) was postponed to October 17th (mailed out change of date cards), and now our venue has canceled, so I have to mail out a THIRD announcement and I need something clever! I’ve looked everywhere. Someone please point me in the right direction!!!

This is change of plans but it’s editable so you can do change of venue instead:

I have looked at Vista Print but most of their options use engagement photos or something of the like and I was kind of hoping for just a simple, cute little postcard...besides the fact we don’t have any good professional photos yet☹️

Vistaprint lets you customize anything. You aren't limited to their engagement layouts. Upload artwork of your own or change wording on a background you do like.

You can also request a custom order on Etsy.

Try zazzle.com. You can change the wording and edit as needed.

Zazzle will let you edit all wording, and sellers on Etsy would probably also let you reword from "Change The Date" to "Change The Venue"! Just send a message to the seller before purchasing to make sure.

Aww. On vistaprint you can actually edit their “pre written words” so you could always just change the wording!

Not for anything wedding related, but I used Microsoft word to make up post cards. Granted I used a picture in the front of mine and just typed the information on the back. You could always make a text box with a cute font, use your wedding colors.

I did it in landscape layout and made it 4 columns. I divided the page into 4ths and put a picture in each quarter. Then on the second page I typed my message in the 1st and 3rd column leaving space to write the address of the recipient. Just make sure you keep your message limited to half the page. I put the message twice in column. I’m going to print them today. I’ll got to Staples it Office Max. I think double sided on card stock is just over $1 per page but I’ll get 4 per sheet so it’s not a bad price per post card. Just an idea if you can’t find what you want.

You can change the wording on some cards on Zazzle, just go under the Personalize option.
